Luzane Investments Ltd invests through agents, subsidiaries, and collaborative teaming up partnerships. Current areas of investments are:
1.Agribusiness in a company start up focused on animal feed called, Agrofeed Products International Ltd.
2.Project Finance Consultancy Firm, called Samaita Investment Partners Ltd.
3.INDCODE Agents, distributors of products for factories we partner with in the manufacture of Grain Dryers (Mecmar), Industrial coding machines and irrigation equipment (Plastic Puglia). Factories are based in Taiwan, Italy and China. They also set up services using equipment for plant disease detection and explore tech driven solutions.
4. Agribusiness (Poultry) market development teaming agreement with Frostan Ltd linked to setting up a network of last mile distributors for Nyam Nyam chicken products targeted at street grill/barbeque operators in Tanzania.
5. Textiles, we work with a network of textile and garmenting factories from India, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Mauritius to invest in linkages to markets through setting up a network of local independent textile/garment marketing agents. Currently markets with present agents are Tanzania, Rwanda, and Zambia.
6.Textiles, developing a major project in hosiery production in Tanzania, with other investors.
